How it works

Fully Remote — Three Steps

You never need to board a plane. The process is built for clients in different time zones.

1

Talk to a Lawyer

A consultation by WhatsApp, phone or Zoom — in your language, at hours that fit your time zone.

2

Sign a Power of Attorney

You sign a power of attorney near your home — at an Israeli consulate or a local notary. We prepare everything.

3

We Act for You in Israel

We handle the authorities, courts, banks and registries here — and report to you at every milestone.

Common questions

Before You Ask

Can I buy property in Israel without visiting?

Yes. With a properly executed power of attorney, the entire purchase — contract, taxes, and registration — can be completed while you remain abroad. Many of our clients see their property for the first time after they own it.

I inherited assets in Israel. Do I have to fly in?

No. Probate in Israel can be conducted through your Israeli lawyer. You provide documents and signatures from where you live; we handle the Registrar of Inheritance, the courts and the release of assets.

How do we communicate across time zones?

WhatsApp is our primary channel — you write when it suits you, and you receive documented, written answers. Calls and video meetings are scheduled around your time zone.

How are fees handled?

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins, in a signed engagement letter. In the first consultation you will get a clear picture of the expected costs for your specific matter.
